Trade-In Terms & Conditions

By submitting your device through the QTECH NEW TECHNOLOGY S.L. trade-in program, you agree to the following terms:

Device Ownership & Legal Rights

You confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the device(s) being traded in.

  • The device(s) is not stolen, blacklisted, or involved in any legal dispute.

  • The device is not under any finance or leasing contract.

  • You accept full responsibility for any legal implications if false information is provided.

Locked Devices

All devices must be:

  • Free of any iCloud, Google, Samsung, or similar account locks

  • Reset to factory settings

  • Unlinked from any personal accounts

Devices that are still locked or protected by accounts will not be accepted and may be subject to return shipping charges.

Final Offer & Payment

Once your device is received and evaluated, you will be contacted with a final trade-in offer if it differs from the original estimate.

  • If you accept, we will issue store credit or payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If you decline, you may request the device to be returned. Return shipping costs may apply.

Device Condition

You must accurately describe the physical and functional condition of your device. Our condition categories include:

  • Like New: No scratches, fully functional

  • Very Good / Good / Fair: Varying levels of wear

  • Damaged / Not Working: Cracked screens, faulty hardware, or devices that do not power on

QTECH NEW TECHNOLOGY S.L. reserves the right to re-evaluate your device upon receipt. If the actual condition does not match the submitted details, we may revise the trade-in value accordingly.

Accessories

You may include accessories (e.g., chargers, boxes, headphones), but they are not mandatory unless specified. These items may or may not increase the trade-in value depending on condition and demand.

Refused Devices

We reserve the right to refuse any trade-in due to:

  • Incorrect or false information

  • Device found to be blacklisted or stolen

  • Device damaged beyond repair

Refused devices can be returned upon request, with shipping paid by the customer.

Liability & Limitation

​QTECH NEW TECHNOLOGY S.L. is not responsible for any personal data left on the device. You are responsible for wiping all personal data before sending it. We are not liable for any lost accessories unless included as part of the agreed trade-in.

Updates & Changes

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest version before submitting a trade-in.
