These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products offered on www.qtechnology.org by QTECH NEW TECHNOLOGY S.L.

Products and Services: We offer electronic devices, accessories, and related products.
Shipping: Products are shipped within 24–72 hours. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €100.
Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer. Invoices are available in paper or electronic format upon request.
Right of Withdrawal: You may return products within 14 calendar days. Full refund will be issued, including shipping costs. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. Withdrawal form

Warranties: All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty. In the event of defects, customers may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation.
Promotions: Promotional offers clearly display start and end dates. Previous and discounted prices are shown.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
